Junior Analyst – Operations, Partnerships & Business Development
About Schuman Financial
The mission of Schuman Financial is to accelerate the transition of European financial services onchain. Just like the internet is a much better technology for storing and moving information than anything before it, blockchain is a much better technology for storing and moving financial value. And it is now on the cusp of becoming a real force in everyday life – just like the internet visibly started to change the way we live, work and have fun in the mid-2000s. Based out of Switzerland, Schuman Financial is developing technologies, infrastructure, and products necessary for bringing this revolution to life in Europe and everywhere where the euro is used. Our initial core product is EURØP, a regulated, euro-denominated stablecoin issued by our Electronic Money Institution licensed in France, Salvus.
Salvus, which also trades under the name Schuman Financial, is a subsidiary of Schuman Financial AG (Switzerland) and is authorized by ACPR to issue Electronic Money Tokens (“EMT”).
One of Schuman Financial’s key priorities is growing EURØP in circulation through the onboarding of selected customers and partners.
We are committed to the respect of all obligations imposed upon EMIs in the context of the issuance of EMT, and particularly (1) AML/CFT risk management, (2) applications of restrictive measures and (3) protection of the reserves which must match EMTs in circulation at all times.
We believe we have the best European team in the industry and are keen to expand it.
