Schuman Financial, the leading European stablecoin issuer, infrastructure provider and payments company, today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with several major global companies that are transforming financial services through digital asset technologies, including Ripple and OpenFX. The partnership involves a financial investment in Schuman.

We’ve partnered with Unique Digital Assets (UDA), a financial services provider offering institutional-grade digital asset trading, global payments, custody, and yield solutions. Through this partnership, UDA will integrate EURØP across its existing service suite, giving its clients a regulated euro settlement option that fits seamlessly into their workflows.

European users represent one of the largest addressable markets in crypto finance. Serving them well is oftentimes the biggest challenge. When the experience disappoints, those customers don’t come back. They look for a platform that got it right.

European institutions hold euro-denominated assets, serve euro-denominated customers, and operate in euro-denominated markets. Yet when institutions move euros onchain or use stablecoins for settlement, they are often forced to rely on dollar-denominated infrastructure.

Cross-border euro settlements can take up to three business days via SWIFT. Treasury teams reconcile payments manually and absorb FX spread costs. Traditional banking infrastructure limits euro liquidity management.
