Every quarter, KPMG performs a comprehensive attestation covering:

• 100% Euro Backing to confirm that all circulating EURØP tokens are fully backed 1:1 by reserves.
• Verification that reserves are held at regulated European financial institutions, including Société Générale.
• Assurance that customer funds are kept separate from Schuman’s operational accounts, as required by EU regulations.

Unlike many stablecoins, EURØP is issued by a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI), regulated by ACPR under the Banque de France. Our attestations are a regulatory commitment under MiCA and a cornerstone of how we build trust in a digital euro economy.
