Schuman Financial is the leading provider of technologies, infrastructure, and solutions for European stablecoin-based finance. We are bringing European and euro-denominated financial services on-chain, including in payments, FX trading, and investment management.

Schuman’s core product is EURØP, a euro-denominated stablecoin issued by our French-regulated company with an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license and custodied by major European banks, such as Societe Generale.

Martin Bruncko

Martin leads Schuman Financial as CEO and Founder. A serial tech entrepreneur and investor for much of his life, he also served as EVP for Europe at Binance, Innovation Minister, and Deputy Finance Minister of Slovakia, as well as a board member at the European Stability Mechanism. With his combined tech and EU policy experience, he leads our efforts to transition European finance on-chain.

Eduardo Morrison

Eduardo is a Co-Founder and CBO at Schuman Financial. He has been in the industry since 2017, starting as an early team member at IntoTheBlock. Formerly Head of Institutional Clients for Europe and Latin America at Binance, Eduardo drives strategic partnerships and builds the ecosystem around EURØP.

Nicholas Pouzin

Nicholas is a Co-Founder and COO of Schuman. He has been an auditor at Deloitte, an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, a private equity investor, and a blockchain venture practitioner. His expertise in managing financial institutions and investments enables him to implement efficient operations, manage financial performance and shape long-term strategy.

Roman Semko

Roman leads our technology initiatives with extensive experience in IT, finance, and blockchain. He developed a gold-backed CBDC in Africa and managed projects funded by Binance Labs. His expertise drives our mission to deliver a secure, MiCA-compliant stablecoin.

Chief Marketing Officer

Matt Oksa

Matt leads our marketing and public relations efforts, shaping our brand, communications, and Schuman’s presence. With over 8 years of experience in Web3, he was previously a marketing manager at BNB Chain, Binance, Trezor, and The Open Network. His expertise enhances our outreach and brand visibility.
