All complaints are handled free of charge. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to provide a final response within 15 business days.

If you are not satisfied with Schuman Financial’s response to your complaint, EURØP holders and customers may pursue the following options:
Mediation: You may refer your complaint to a qualified consumer mediator for alternative dispute resolution:

Regulatory authorities: If you believe Schuman Financial has failed to comply with applicable regulations, you may contact the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) or the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
Legal proceedings: Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris, France.
